Halo Wars Elite – Strategy – Elephant Rush On HEROIC

The Elephant Rush is one of the fastest if not the fastest rush for the UNSC in Halo Wars. This strategy works great against newbs and pros alike but can still be countered.

I am playing on HEROIC as usual. Step by step below the video.

Step 1: Build Elephant
Step 2: Create Supply Depots with the rest of your money
Step 3: Send warthog out to gather supplies
Step 4: Build marines from the elephant while supply depots are coming up
Step 5: Maintain balance of Marines always being trained and Supply depots always being built at the same time.
Step 6: Once supply depots are all built charge towards the base
Step 7: Target center building and shoot enemies as they come out
Step 8: Lock Elephant infront of base and keep pumping out marines and flame guys
Optional
Step 9: You should have a bunch of money by now – recycled a supply depot and create reactor to get the MAC cannon up and ready JUST in case.

Okay, could this be adapted to a 3v3 tactic? Say park it outside of their sight and then do it, but have a reactor for Spartans? Then if you come across air units, shoot them down, vehicles: jack ‘em, and then infantry: light ‘em up!

Just say what you think of it. No real set strategy other than try to upgrade troops asap and then park the Elephant. Probably would work better with Covenant Team-mate who charged their leader in and backed him up with his own junk.
