Ok this is my Warthog Rush Strategy on Heroic. Alot of people were bitching my other rush didn’t count because it was on easy….SOOOO its now on Heroic.
This is a pretty simple rush but speed is of the essence AS usual with any RUSH.
Step 1: Build 2x Supply Pads, 1x Reactor – IN THAT ORDER
Step 2: Build 2x Supply Pads and with the remaining 150 – buy another warthog
Step 3: Send your current warthog searching for supplies
Step 4: Once 2x Supply Depots and Reactor are built – RESEARCH Gunner
Step 5: Keep building warthogs – your base should ALWAYS be working on a warthog after this
Step 6: Build last 2 supply pads
Step 7: Once you have a sizable force – CHARGE ahead
Step 8: When you encounter the Prophet of Regret concentrate ALL fire power on him
Step 9: Build Turrets If You Want…
Step 10: Move Rally Point To Enemy Base
Step 11: Concentrate fire on center of base and MAC blast it for good measure
That is the warthog rush that has never failed me yet. The Covenant have to be dealt with quickly or they will over power you I have found.

Yes i use this stratagey alot, you did a good job
But you should use the D Pad more, by mastering this you can jump from your base to the battle in less than a second, trust me you would be able to work alot fast by doing this

ok just an update lets call it Warthog Rush 1.5
1. build SP, Reactor, warthog, SP, SP. (u still have 100 m, this will help you get the Warthog Upgrade Faster.)
2. Send Warthog to gather Minerals.
3. Once u get 150 make another warthog.
4. once you get 250 make the gunner.
5. star pumping Warthog and make the last 2 SP (ex. for every 2 Warthogs on standby make 1 SP.)
if everything whent well, at 2:20 you will have 5 warthogs, 3 SP working and 1 at 90%, and a reactor with 2 Warthogs on Standby.
6. when you get 8 make the rush and move Rally Point to the attacking place.
7. when you get all the SP and nice attacking Warthogs on enemy base, detory 1 SP and build another reactor, make this fast and upgrade to Grenadier just in case jeje.
this rush is jus a second oppening for the original, the only difference is that you will get the gunner faster for defence, and the secong upgrade just in case of combat, try this out and you will need to beat you enemy in 7:20 or 7:00.

The amount of time wasted for the 3rd and 4th SP’s could be better used to buy more warthogs, as Anders, I originally built the reactor as my 3rd queue, however after seeing people rush with gunner before me, I have changed it up, and has helped counter their rush.
1. Build SP, reactor, use remaining money for warthogs, I believe you are left with 3 warthogs in income and no money left over.
2. Send warthogs on recon/crate gathering as they come out, spread them out, prevents enemy from taking more crates than you along with the added advantage of not realizing how big your force is.
3. By the time you collect 100 supplies your first SP should be running and your reactor should be building, build another SP, w/ 2-3 warthogs already out and 1-2 warthogs on queue,
4. Now you can decide whether to wait for the reactor to finish and upgrade to gunner, or build another warthog before getting gunner, continuing to recon and gathering supplies
5. By 1:00 you should have close to 4-5 warthogs and gunner on queue with a 3rd SP building (I got gunner at 1:30, but I was running a little slow pausing between steps, 1st time analyzing what I actually do
)
6. By 1:45 I have 5 warthogs, 6th on queue, 3rd SP almost done and 4th on queue, now I could decide to upgrade SP’s, build more hogs while harassing your base, or take over another base and kill rebels for more supplies
Everything else I leave up to you to figure out
